Facts: The defendant was involved in an accident on interstate 95 with another vehicle. On scene, the trooper determined that the defendant was at fault for the accident. The trooper believed that the defendant was DUI and ultimately arrested him for DUI with property damage.

After extensive discovery and investigation, Mr. Sobel was able to get the Office of the State Attorney to reduce the charge to a Reckless Driving with a withheld adjudication. The defendant avoids the DUI charge and will eventually be able to have their record sealed.
