Should I Talk To The Police

Do Not Talk to Law Enforcement

Regardless if you are being investigated for Money Laundering or you have already been arrested for Drug Trafficking or Drug Importation, there is one rule that every person should follow and that is: Do not to speak with anyone from law enforcement without having your lawyer present. Law enforcement officers are allowed to lie and deceive you in an effort to extract a confession from you. Even if you do not confess to the crime, the statements that you make will be used against you later in court.

No matter how friendly they may seem, even if they suggest that by talking you will be able to get a better outcome, you must not say anything to the investigators. When you are being targeted as a suspect, the things you do and statements you make will be used as evidence against you in a court of law. Promises made by law enforcement do not count in court.
